If we receive everything we need promptly, a small website can be ready for launch in just 2-3 weeks. On the other hand, larger and more complex sites can take up to 4-5 weeks to complete. Despite the differences in size and complexity, we always strive to deliver high-quality websites in a timely manner.
You are not required to do so. To enhance your project, consider incorporating professional copywriting services. It is highly recommended to add these services to the pages that have the most impact on attracting and converting visitors, such as the homepage and service pages.

- Migrate your site — Prefer to take your site elsewhere? If you choose to relocate your website to another hosting provider, we're here to lend a hand with the site migration for a one-time fee. Just remember, any software licenses that are necessary to keep your website up and running will become your responsibility.
No, this option is not supported. All HipBadger Sites must be hosted & maintained by HipBadger during the contracted term.
Currently, we do not offer email accounts. However, we typically suggest that clients obtain their email accounts through Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365.

You can cancel within 30-days with no questions asked and we will refund you 100% of your money. After 30-days, you have two choices for cancelling your contract before the end of your contractual term.
If you want to keep your website, you must pay the remaining balance of your site in full plus a migration fee and we will help you transition the site to a different host.
If you want to cancel your website and do not want to keep the site, we have a cancellation fee of 50% of your website's remaining balance. Once paid your contract will be terminated and your website will be deleted.
